Registration Process

The email address you provide will be used for all official correspondence and to share essential event information. Please ensure it is an address you check regularly and double-check it for typos. We kindly remind you to monitor your spam or junk folder to ensure you don’t miss any important updates.
To ensure your registration and payment are processed successfully, please make sure that pop-ups are enabled in your browser settings.
Accompanying Persons
You may register an accompanying person during your registration session.
Important: Accompanying persons must be added at the same time as your primary registration. You will not be able to add them later.
Payment Methods
You can settle registration fee for participation and accompanying person (if any) using one of the following methods:
- Credit Card (Online): Via PayPal, to be completed immediately during the registration process.
- Bank Transfer (Offline): To be completed within 10 days of submitting the form, in Euro, free of charge for the beneficiary. You will receive the bank details in your confirmation email.
Confirmation of registration
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that your registration is considered confirmed only once the payment has been received and the invoice has been issued. A pdf copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address.
Deadline
The final deadline for both registration and payment is March 31st. Any pending bank transfers must reach our account by this date to guarantee your participation.
Cancellation
Cancellation of participation must be notified in writing to registrations@keycongressi.it.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable - no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no show, under any circumstances.
